These terms cover buying and using access to Pediatric Case Review at
pediatriccasereview.com. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
Pediatric Case Review (“we”, “us”) is an independent paediatric education website operating at
pediatriccasereview.com. You can reach us at any time
at info@pediatriccasereview.com.
What you are buying
You are buying access to the study material already published on this site. That
is digital access only. There is no physical product, nothing is posted to you, and nothing is
downloaded or installed.
Access covers the material on the site at the time you use it, which currently includes:
- the illustrated case decks, with their teaching images;
- the board-style question decks;
- the Pediatric Exam Review Sets;
- the paediatric reference values pages and the progress tracker.
We add and revise material regularly. We may also correct, reorganise or withdraw individual
decks, which is a normal part of keeping clinical teaching accurate.
Price, renewal and cancellation
You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is never a penalty: it stops all future charges and your
access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
There are two plans. They are the same access; they differ only in how often they renew.
- US$60 every four months. This is a subscription: $60 is charged again every four
months, automatically, until you cancel. - US$120 every year. This is a subscription: $120 is charged again every twelve
months, automatically, until you cancel.
When you are charged. The first charge is when you buy. Your first renewal falls
one full period after your access is activated — four months or twelve months
— and then every period after that, at the same amount, until you cancel. The exact date of
your next charge is shown on your payment receipt and in your customer portal.
How to cancel
Any of these, whenever you like:
- use the manage-subscription link in your payment receipt, which opens your
customer portal; - open that customer portal at any time and cancel there;
- or simply email us at info@pediatriccasereview.com and ask us to
cancel it — we will, and we will confirm.
There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancel the day after you join if you want to:
you keep the access you paid for until the period ends, and you are not charged again.
Paying by PayPal is different
buys four months for $60, it does not renew, and nothing is ever charged again. When
it runs out, access stops and you buy it again if you want to. PayPal is available for the four-month
plan only.
If you bought before this changed
Anyone who bought before we moved to subscriptions keeps the terms they bought under
— a single payment, with no renewal and nothing further ever charged. We do not change a deal
after the fact. If you are unsure which applies to you, email us and we will tell you.
Your account and how access is activated
You need a free account before you buy, and you should pay using the same email address
you registered with, because that is how we match your payment to your account.
Card payments usually open access within minutes. PayPal payments are activated by hand and
usually take up to one working day. If your access has not opened, email us and we will sort it out.
Your access period runs from when access is actually activated, not from when you paid.
Using your access
Your access is for you, one person. Please do not:
- share your login, or let anyone else use your account;
- copy, republish, resell or redistribute the questions, explanations, images or decks;
- download the site in bulk, scrape it, or use automated tools against it;
- use the material to build a competing product or another question bank.
All the material on the site remains ours. Buying access does not transfer ownership of anything.
If an account is shared or the material is redistributed, we may suspend or end that access. Where
the breach was not deliberate we will contact you first.
Educational use only
Pediatric Case Review is teaching material for doctors and medical trainees. It is not medical advice, it is not a substitute for clinical judgement, and it does not replace your local guidelines, your seniors or the manufacturer’s information for any drug or device. Nothing here should be used to make a decision about a real patient without checking it against a current authoritative source.
We are an independent educational site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any examination board, licensing authority or professional college, and our material is written from published guidelines and textbooks rather than taken from any examination.
Availability
We work to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will never be down. Hosting, updates
and occasional faults mean short interruptions happen. If the site is unavailable for a long period
during your access period, contact us and we will extend your access to make up the time.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always shows the current
version. Changes are not applied backwards: whatever terms were in force when you bought are the
ones that cover that purchase.
