Clinical pearls from this deck

  • Ask where they have been before you ask anything else.
  • Three films, forty-eight hours. Book them before anyone goes home.
  • Good adherence lowers the odds and closes nothing. Send the films anyway.
  • Count the severity features before you reach for a tablet. One is enough.
  • Recheck the sugar in severe malaria. It falls again after you have fixed it.
  • Write the species in the letter. Months later it decides the whole diagnosis.

Work through the deck once for recognition, then again a week later to test yourself — each question gives the answer and explains why every other option fails.
