Clinical pearls from this deck
- Ask where they have been before you ask anything else.
- Three films, forty-eight hours. Book them before anyone goes home.
- Good adherence lowers the odds and closes nothing. Send the films anyway.
- Count the severity features before you reach for a tablet. One is enough.
- Recheck the sugar in severe malaria. It falls again after you have fixed it.
- Write the species in the letter. Months later it decides the whole diagnosis.
Work through the deck once for recognition, then again a week later to test yourself — each question gives the answer and explains why every other option fails.
